Shishito Peppers Recipe
Shishito Peppers are a great snack or appetizer with a mild heat that most people can enjoy. You just roast up the whole peppers with a bit of oil and salt then dip in your preferred sauce.
These are fantastic for parties because they are a fun finger food.
Are Shishito Peppers Hot
Shishito peppers are on the low end of the pepper heat scale. That being said, they are mostly mild. Every now and then you’ll get one that makes your ears burn a little. I find usually the smaller ones are the culprit. But overall shishito peppers are mild.
