Description
Fish for dinner is so easy with this Air Fryer Cod Recipe. Air fried cod with lemon and dill is a healthy, flavorful low carb meal.

- 1 Lb Cod Fillets (4 individual fillets)
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- Salt/Pepper – to taste
- 2 Lemons – sliced thin
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Chopped Dill
Instructions

- Coat cod fillets with oil, salt and pepper.
Spray air fryer basket. - Place lemon slices in basket. Set the cod fillets on top of lemon slices.
- Place one lemon slice on top of each fillet. (If you do not want the top lemon slightly charred, add lemon slices half way through cook time)
- Air Fry at 400ºF for 10-13 minutes or until fish is flaky and cooked through the middle. Cook times will vary depending on the thickness of the fish fillets and the air fryer being used.
- Top cod with chopped dill and serve.
- Coat cod fillets with oil, salt and pepper.
