- 2 (5oz) Lobster Tails
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter + more for serving
- Generous Pinch Salt
- Chopped Parsley
- 1 Lemon – cut into wedges

- Use sharp kitchen scissors to cut from open end to the tail fins. Pull the lobster meat out of the shell to sit on the top. Remove dark vein down the middle of the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails into greased air fryer basket. Pour 2 Tablespoons melted butter over the tops then sprinkle with salt.
- Air fry at 400ºF for 4-7 minutes or until cooked through. (When done lobster tails will have a bright red shell and white meat. The internal temp will be 140º-145ºF.) Time will vary depending on size of lobster tails and air fryer being used.
- Serve with melted butter, chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
