Cheese Quesadillas In Air Fryer
I make a lot of cheese quesadillas for my daughter. She loves a good melty cheesy quesadilla for lunch. Typically I make quesadillas on the stovetop. Lately I’ve been making her quesadillas in the air fryer.
Air Fryer Quesadillas are quick and easy. They get the cheese nice and melty with just a slight crisp on the outside.

Notes
*I check the quesadilla after 1 minute of cooking to ensure that the top tortilla is not flying around due to the air circulation. If so, press it back down on top and it will stick to the melted cheese for the remainder of the cooking time.
