This Air Fryer Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe is just the appetizer you need for holiday feasts, parties and game day tables. Yes, you can make dip right in your air fryer!

- 3 Cups Fresh Baby Spinach – chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese – softened
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1–2 Garlic Cloves – peeled, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt/Pepper – to taste (easy on the salt)
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- 2 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (or mozzarella) – divided
- Fresh Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add fresh spinach and cook until spinach is wilted. (approx 5 minutes) Allow spinach to cool 5-10 minutes then transfer to paper towels or a fine mesh strainer. Remove as much liquid as possible.
- In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, garlic powder, Italian season, onion powder, salt and pepper. Use a hand mixer to produce a smooth, fluffy base.
- Stir in wilted spinach, chopped artichokes and 1 cup shredded cheese. Transfer mixture to a 1 quart oven safe dish.
- Place dip dish directly onto air fryer basket. Air fry at 375ºF for 5 minutes.
- Top with 1 more cup of shredded cheese.
- Air fry at 375ºF for 4-6 more minutes or until top is browned and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot.
