Description
Air Fryer Turkey Breast is a quick way to roast a bone-in turkey breast. Turkey roasted in the air fryer will be crisp on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside.

- 4 Lb Bone-In Turkey Breast
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1–2 teaspoons Salt (depending if poultry season includes salt)
- 1 Tablespoon Poultry Season
Instructions
- Rub turkey breast with oil, salt and seasoning. Place skin side down in greased air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 370ºF 30 minutes. Flip turkey breast skin side up then air fry at 370ºF 15-25 more minutes or until internal temp reaches 165ºF.
Notes
Check turkey breast during the last 15 minutes of cooking to ensure the skin is not too close to the heating element to prevent burning.
The size and heat of air fryers vary quite a bit. Make sure the turkey breast you buy will fit in your air fryer and adjust cooking time accordingly. I own a Cosori Air Fryer and can fit a 4 Lb turkey breast.
Use your favorite poultry seasoning. Adjust the amount of salt depending on if the seasoning contains salt.
