Air Fryer Sausage and Broccoli Dinner

This is another air fryer recipe that is just toss, air fry and serve. Super quick and super easy, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

I use an Italian Chicken Sausage that I buy at Costco along with precut broccoli florets. This makes for a no-fuss, low effort meal. AKA: I’m Lazy 😆

Feel free to use your favorite sausage and seasoning blend. Just make sure you are using fully cooked sausage as that is what the cook time on this recipe is for.

Broccoli and Sausage in Air Fryer

Ingredients Needed For Air Fried Sausage + Broccoli (screenshot for grocery list)

  • Fully Cooked Sausage Links (chicken, pork or beef)
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Oil
  • Dried Italian Season (or favorite season blend)
  • Salt/Pepper

How To Cook Sausage And Broccoli In The Air Fryer

  1. Toss sausage and broccoli with oil, season, salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer to greased air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry at 370ºF for 10-15 minutes or until broccoli is to desired tenderness. Toss once during cook time.

  • 4 Fully Cooked Sausage Links (chicken, pork or beef) – sliced to rounds
  • 1 Lb Broccoli Florets – trimmed
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Season (or favorite season blend)
  • Salt/Pepper – to taste

Instructions

    1. Toss sausage and broccoli with oil, season, salt and pepper. Transfer to greased air fryer basket.
    2. Air fry at 370ºF for 10-15 minutes or until broccoli is to desired tenderness. Toss once during cook time.
