Description
These Air Fryer Butter Chive Red Potatoes are a flavorful side dish that goes great with any dinner or holiday feast. Red potatoes in an air fryer get browned on the outside and steamy on the inside.
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Red Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- Salt/Pepper
- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter – melted
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Chives
Instructions
Cut potatoes into equal size chunks. (quarter small potatoes, for medium/large potatoes cut in half then quarter)
Toss potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to greased air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400ºF for 10 minutes, toss half way through. Check tenderness then cook 3-5 more minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
Transfer potatoes to large bowl. Toss with melted butter and chives. Serve hot.
Notes
Cooking time varies depending on each air fryer brand. I have owned several different air fryers and each brand cooked very differently. Check after 10 minutes then cook longer as needed.
