Description

Salmon and Broccoli in an Air Fryer is a quick, healthy and easy dinner idea. This low carb air fryer recipe is sure to be a hit because air fried salmon is cooked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Lb Salmon Fillet (or 2 half pound fillets)
  • 1 Lb Broccoli
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil – divided
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Lemon
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

    1. Grease air fryer basket.
    2. Coat salmon fillet with oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to air fryer basket.
    3. Trim broccoli then toss with oil, salt and pepper. Arrange in an even layer around salmon fillet.
    4. Air fry at 400ºF for 10 minutes or until salmon is flaky and cooked through. Toss the broccoli once during cook time.
    5. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes.
