Salmon and Broccoli in an Air Fryer is a quick, healthy and easy dinner idea. This low carb air fryer recipe is sure to be a hit because air fried salmon is cooked to perfection.

- 1 Lb Salmon Fillet (or 2 half pound fillets)
- 1 Lb Broccoli
- 2 Tablespoons Oil – divided
- Salt/Pepper
- Lemon
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions

- Grease air fryer basket.
- Coat salmon fillet with oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to air fryer basket.
- Trim broccoli then toss with oil, salt and pepper. Arrange in an even layer around salmon fillet.
- Air fry at 400ºF for 10 minutes or until salmon is flaky and cooked through. Toss the broccoli once during cook time.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes.
