Description

Air Fryer Pork Chops with Apples and Cabbage is an all in one air fryer dinner recipe, perfect for busy weeknights. Just cook the sliced apples, cabbage, onions and pork chops in the air fryer all together for an easy, nutritious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Small Red Cabbage - sliced thick
  • 1 Apple - sliced thick
  • 1 Sweet Onion - sliced thick
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
  • 2 Boneless Pork Chops (1″ thick)

Instructions

  1. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick.
  2. Toss apples, cabbage and onions with 1 Tablespoon oil, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Coat pork chops with oil, rub on the remaining seasonings, salt and pepper. Place chops in air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 400ºF for 15 minutes. Check temp, toss the apples and cabbage and air fry 5 more minutes or to desired doneness. Until internal temp reaches 145ºF-160ºF.

Notes

Feel free to use your favorite spice blend.
